THE HORSESTEALING CASE .—Aaron Sherritt, on remand for stealing a horse, the property of Mrs Byrne, of the Woolshed, will be again brought up at the Beechworth police court at eleven o’clock this (Saturday) morning, before Mr W H Foster, PM. Much public interest is centred in the case, as it is expected that some disclosures with reference to the past movements of the outlaws will be made. Kate Kelly, sister to the principal outlaw, together with Mrs Skillion, née Margaret Kelly, another sister, arrived in Beechworth last evening, the former from Melbourne, and the latter from Greta, where she resides.
