CENTRAL CRIMINAL COURT

The following is a list of prisoners now in the Melbourne gaol awaiting trial at the sittings of the Central Criminal Court, which commences at the Supreme Court-house tomorrow -

Edward Kelly, murder

Gilbert Bruce, stealing a diamond ring William Hughes, assault and robbery. Michael O'Connor, horsestealing

Morton Hart, larceny from a dwelling.

Matthew and Ann Duffy, manalaughter.

Heinrich Savert, uttering forged bank notes

James W Thomson, false pretences

Frederick Buckland, unnatural offence.
