Dean Gibney, the vicar-general of Western Australia, who played such a conspicuous part in the final scenes connected with the destruction of the Kelly Gang at Glenrowan, has returned from New South Wales, where he spent several months in collecting funds for the orphanage at Subiaco, near Perth, which was struck by lightning some time ago.
