On the north bank of the Murray River. Albury is built on the run

Selected in [[1824-1853 Events|1835]] by William Wyse for Charles H Ebden. He built a house near the [[Albury|Albury]] waterworks. In 1837 Charles Huon purchased the lease for his sister Elizabeth Mitchell. A second house was built further up stream were a line of rocks cut across the river (Thurgoona).

Later in 1852 a third house at was built at Hawksview. By 1874 most of the run had been selected and the estate was purchased by Scott and Elms. They sold it to Mackellar and Burnett in 1877. King purchased the place in 1888 and he sold it to the Hogan brothers
