The Police Commission met yesterday, and adopted a series of resolutions on which their report is to be based. A history of the measures taken by the police to effect the capture of the Kelly gong is to precede the findings. The commissioners have yet to adopt the report as a whole, but it is expected that the complete document will be handed to the Government on Thursday.
