Mr Samuel Gill, proprietor of the Jerilderie Gazette, received the following letter this morning from Mrs Skillion -" Mr Gill, You would oblige me very much if you sent me the statement of Ned Kelly. He is my brother, and I would like to see what he has to say of his life. I would be very thankful to you if you would send me the letter of Ned Kelly ' The letter was posted at Wangaratta. A large reinforcement of police arrived to night, in anticipation of an attack by the Kelly gang. Great uneasiness prevails.
