At the Benalla Police Court, on Thursday last, before Mr Sharpe, [[Mrs Ellen Kelly|Ellen Kelly]] and Jane Graham were charged with receiving a saddle belonging to Mr George Thornton. The saddle had been taken off a horse opposite Mr Blackburne's store at [[Winton|Winton]], and had been found at the prisoner Kelly's horse at the Eleven-mile Creek, and was claimed by the prisoner, Jane Graham. The prisoners were remanded until Tuesday, bail being allowed Ellen Kelly in her own recognisance of £50, and Jane Graham was required to find bail herself in £50 and one surety of £25.
