History at Wappan before the KellyGang

First taken up by overlanders from New South Wales in 1837 to 1840. The licence to Wappan was held by John Bon (30,000 acres). Gilbert Kennedy was a key player in the early days of the property that originally, under Watson and Hunter included Barjar, Dueran, Maindample, Mt Battery, Preston, and Loyola.
