Edward Kelly, who was once known as the mate of Power the bushranger, was brought before the Wangaratta Court the other day charged with assaulting and threatening a hawker named M'Cormack and his wife. Kelly was sent to gaol for three months, and was also required to provide sureties to keep the peace for 12 months.
