Present:
Mr. LONGMORE in the Chair;
Mr Anderson, Mr Hall
Mr Dixon, Mr Gibb
Mr Levey
Minutes of previous meeting read and confirmed
That section of the synopsis dealing with the case of Mr. Nicolson, Assistant Commissioner, was deliberated upon at considerable length.
''Resolved'' —That this Commission respectfully request the Chief Secretary to grant the sum of £10 to [[Jacob Wilson|Jacob Wilson]] one of the sufferers by the Kelly outrages, the same to be without prejudice to any claims for compensation on his part which the Government may hereafter think proper to entertain.
The meeting adjourned until the following morning, at Eleven o'clock .
