From KellyGang
Detectives O'Callaghan, Duncan, and Nixon, the three officers who have been selected by the Police Commission for special condemnation, have each sent in to the Chief Secretary applications for a board to inquire into their respective cases. They submit that they have not received fair treatment at the hands of the Commission, and that what evidence was taken has not received due consideration and all they ask for now is that the charges brought against them should be fully and impartially investigated.
