The condemned Kelly submitted a rambling statement of his case to the Executive on Wednesday.  It was a reiteration of what he said in court―that matters would have borne a different aspect had he cross-examined the witnesses; that he did not go out to shoot the constables, but they went out to shoot him; and that he was not guilty of the charges they purposed arresting him upon.  Kelly was yesterday visited by his sister Kate.
