"The ten men at present in custody charged with aiding and abetting the Kelly gang of outlaws, were again brought up on remand at the Beechworth Police Court, on the 8th met, before Mr Wyatt P M, and further remanded to the 10th inst. The court was unusually crowded, as it was understood, says the Ovens and Murray Advertiser 'that several witnesses for the prosecution were to be examined, but this was not done '
