RYAN and HAMMOND have received instructions from Wm. J. Singleton, Esq, to SELL by PUBLIC AUCTION, at Scotts Hotel, Melbourne, this day, at half -past 2 o'clock pm.,
His THOLOGOLONG and KEELANGIE STATIONS, about 40 miles from Albury, and having a frontage of about nine miles to the south bank of the Murray,
Together with 15,500 SHEEP ( amongst them a small stud flock, the progeny of Imported sheep ), 600 head of very good cattle, and about 1500 acres purchased land.
The runs are securely fenced, and subdivided into 10 sheep - proof paddocks, while the purchased land ( a great portion of which is laid down in English grasses ), consisting of rich alluvial flats fronting the Murray, is divided into 17 paddocks, with the best two and three rail fencing, made sheep - proof, with wire where required.
The home station consists of a comfortable residence of nine rooms, with detached kitchen, numerous out offices, and good garden, woolshed, sheep-wash, and all necessary improvements for working the Station, no expense having been spared to put and keep the runs in the most perfect working order.
The above property is for absolute sale, on account of the proprietor leaving the colony.
