Murders at Stringy Bark Creek in the Wombat Ranges 26/10/1878 Photograph Mr Laing told me about the Delaney brothers, John and Daniel, and a siting of the KellyGang as they passed near One Mile Bridge in Wangaratta in the morning of 3/11/1878. Arrival of police from Wangaratta and Benalla

I arrived at Glenrowan about 5.40 am with the party of police from Wangaratta. (RC13960) (RC9402)

Soon after we arrived I met Sgt Whelan and Sup Sadleir (RC5974)

Later

On 29/6/80 Scont John Coghlan. Consts Robert Griffin, Robert Bunker, Waldron and I were part of the guard on Ned Kelly when he came down to Melbourne on the train (Argus 30/6/80)

Kelly Reward Board

Following the meetings of the Reward Board in December 1880 I recieved a reward of about £115

Consts Bunker, Coghlan, Griffin and Walsh's applications for a share in the reward was rejected by the Reward Board

Royal Commission I was not called to give evidence before the Royal Commission Early Service Later Service
