There was a fellow ploughing at Wilson's place, and that prevented me from going out some nights, as we did not want any one to know it. (RC4606)
We thought we could do better if we could get a night-glass to look at Lloyd's house at night to see who came in it. I went into Benalla on the 28th of June, and when I got in there at night Kelly was captured and I came back to me on the 29th, for my blankets. Wilson wanted me to stay. (RC4519) see also (RC4659)
