Agents Early Years Authority figures Bank & Business The Glenrowan seige I was the telegraph line repairer from Beechworth who climbed the telegraph pole at Glenrowan amidst a storm of bullets-succeeded in opening a special office, and communicated direct to Melbourne.
I came down from Beechworth on the train with my boss Mr Cheshire (Argus30/7/80)
